The goal of the Creative Abilities Group is to provide opportunities for youth and young adults with autism to participate in a variety of fine arts, theater, wellness and craft activities in their community, helping to inspire them, enrich their lives.
We partner with local arts organizations to give our participants an opportunity to create art in a variety of settings.

We have a strong young adult group for the last 9 years and meet monthly for our young adult Friday social group. We have food, crafts, karaoke, music and more.
Additionally we have a smaller social connections group that meets bi-weekly.

We provide a safe and supportive space for teenagers on the Autism spectrum. Designed to foster personal growth and social connections, our group offers a range of engaging activities and discussions tailored to their unique needs. Through friendship-building opportunities and open conversations, we strive to empower these remarkable individuals to embrace their strengths, develop their talents, and confidently navigate their teenage years. Join us as we celebrate differences, promote inclusion, and create lasting bonds within our teen community.

Skill Building Activities

Parent/Caregiver Support Groups
We started programs that teach skills in a non-judgemental, low key environment in order for our children, youth and adults to learn new skills. Recently we received an IronPigs charitable grant to teach children and youth how to climb at a local climbing gym. Another program we hosted, was a Fun in Nature program at a local wildlife location and children learned to walk on trails, learn about nature and go tubing. It was a great success.
